I recently stayed at this hotel for my 30th birthday, expecting a relaxing spa break. The experience was mixed - my room issues were concerning, but the staff were eager to resolve them and the spa treatment was excellent. While I enjoyed the tasty dinner, the bar service was frustratingly slow. Overall, there are some strong points, but the organization could use improvement.

While the Marriott Piccadilly Manchester has some positive aspects like a modern bar and restaurant area, my overall experience was disappointing. The hotel layout feels awkward, leading to long waits for elevators, and the rooms, although clean, show signs of age. The breakfast service could use improvement, but the staff in the dining areas were friendly and knowledgeable. I would suggest looking for better options in Manchester before settling here.
